St. Joseph Development Fund

Retail and Service Businesses looking to relocate or establish a new business in the City of St. Joseph's Central Business District have a unique tool available to them in the form of the St. Joseph Development Fund. This fund is comprised of three partner organizations including our own, here at Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce, the St. Joseph Improvement Associatioin, and the City of St. Joseph.  Low and No Interest loans are available for qualified applicants, pending board approval from The Fund.  To see the guidelines and application process for such a loan, follow this link to the actual brochure.  You may print it out and file it with City Manager's Office for consideration:
