Mission: Community Partnership for Lifelong Learning (CPLL), an affiliate of The Alliance for World-Class Communities (The Alliance), functions to improve community systems that impact learning and workforce competitiveness. CPLL believes all people are lifelong learners. Our goal is to create a community of learners who demonstrate the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for school, workplace and life.
