Vision: To create an inclusive environment where the richness of our differences are viewed as strengths and where all citizens are prepared and contributing to our interdependent, world-class communities. 

The member organizations (Cornerstone Alliance, Community Partnership for Lifelong Learning, Citizens for Progressive Change, Council for World-Class Communities) will collaboratively focus and leverage their resources to acheive the following goals:

Leadership Development - We must create broader, deeper and more effective community leadership and citizen participation

Lifelong Learning - We must create processes, systems and resources that encourage and enable all of our citizens to fully develop their intellectual capacity, from early childhood throughout adulthood, allowing all to grow and productively participate in society

Economic Development - We must create agreement on strategies and key initiatives and through collaborative execution, achieve incresed employment, an expanded tax base, enhanced quality of life for all citizens and economic self-sufficiency for individuals and communities

Diversity with Inclusion - We must create an inclusive environment whre our differences never prevent the full participation and contribution from all of our citizens. 

Each of the member organizations will continue to execute existing strategic plans and important activities, but through the Alliance board process, have agreed to collaboratively focus resources and capabilities to achieve these strategic priorities.
