Our Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce partnership with Lake Michigan College is launching the second class of the new Customer Service Academy for the Fall 2008 Semester.
Classes will begin in September, running for ten weeks at the LMC M-Tec Center in Benton Harbor.
Information sheets and application forms are available online from both the Chamber website and at the LMC web address.
Designed to be a train-the-trainer curriculum, the programs inaugural class was a resounding success. The goal of our programming is to help one or more individuals from your place of business to establish a culture of exemplary customer service within your organization.
