At its April 29, 2008 regular meeting, the Board of Directors of the Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce adopted the work of the Legislative Committee in crafting the 2008 Legislative Agenda for the Chamber.
The four page document is prepared annually to identify those key issues and areas of concern that the Chamber's Legislative Committee and full Board feel are the most pressing for the more than 700 member businesses who comprise the chamber.
The full document is available in the Members Only section of the Chamber website at www.cornerstonechamber.com. Once you are in the Members Only section, simply click on the Legislative Agenda line, then click on the blue link and you will be taken to a PDF of the document in its entirety.
This document has been dispatched to our legislators in Washington and Lansing, and will serve as the guidepost for those issues that we will advocate for in the State Legislature and the U.S. Congress.
